Exchanges within 15 Days

At House of Ekasa, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date.

Should you wish to exchange a garment due to size or fit, please follow the below instructions:

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, carefully package the item in its original condition and mail it to us (address provided below).
  • Upon receiving the item and conducting a quality check, we will promptly ship the new item to your preferred address. Please allow a certain number of business days for this process

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for exchange. House of Ekasa will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.

Tracking and Insurance

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance when sending the item back to us. House of Ekasa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit in case of an exchange.
